Will it work?Yes! With my support and your commitment to consistency, we can successfully reach your sleep goals.

Can I still continue my night feedings?My approach to sleep training is flexible and tailored to your baby’s unique needs. We can include feedings in our plan and consult with your pediatrician to determine the appropriate number and timing. If you wish to night wean, and your pediatrician approves, we can do so gradually and at a pace that feels right for you.

Will my baby cry?It’s important to be honest — any change can bring some crying, as this is how babies express their discomfort with new situations. However, we will work together to find a solution that aligns with your comfort level in responding to your baby’s cries and supports your child’s unique needs.”

Is this going to be "cry it out"?There are many methods for sleep training beyond ‘cry it out.’ It’s a misconception to think that crying will harm your child, but also to assume that simply leaving a child to cry will solve sleep issues. There are many factors to consider, and we’ll explore them together to find the most suitable approach for your family.

What are my package options?- Building a Sleep Foundation - This package is tailored for soon-to-be or new parents within the initial 16 weeks of parenthood. This sleep shaping, not sleep training. - Building Sleep 1 - One week: This package is for children that have minor sleep issues and/or schedule adjustments. - Building Sleep 2 - Two weeks (Most Popular). This package is tailored for children that have: Wakes up early in the morning Wakes up throughout the night Needs help getting to sleep (from rocking, driving, patting, bottle/breastfeeding, etc.) Takes short, unpredictable naps, or fights naptime altogether Fights bedtime Comes out of their room frequently overnight

What methods do you use for sleep training?I use evidence-based and family-centered approaches, ranging from methods with more parental involvement to less involvement. We’ll work together to choose a method that aligns with your parenting philosophy and child’s personality.

Can you help with sleep regressions?Absolutely! Sleep regressions are a common challenge at various developmental stages (e.g., 4 months, 8 months, 18 months). I will provide guidance to help your child navigate these periods while maintaining healthy sleep habits.

Do you work with toddlers and older children?Yes, we work with children of all ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. I provide support for common issues like bedtime battles, night wakings, and transitioning from a crib to a bed.

How much does your service cost?Our packages vary based on the level of support you need. We offer options ranging from one-time consultations to ongoing support plans. I truly believe sleep should not be a luxury, if you need help and the prices are stopping you, please get in touch! I offer payment plans on your terms.
