My name is Sarah Freed, I'm a pediatric dentist from Brazil with a master's in public health from UCLA, and a mother of two little girls, currently 3 and 5 years old. My passion for baby sleep began during my master's program when my youngest was 4 months old. The sleep deprivation was so severe that I could barely study. That's when I decided to hire a sleep coach, and the difference it made for my family was enormous.This experience sparked something in me. I became fascinated by sleep coaching and decided to dive deeper into it. I understand firsthand the struggles and frustrations parents face, which is why I take a personalized approach, tailoring sleep solutions to fit each family's unique needs.The best part? Building a sleep foundation
From birth to 16 weeks, this is sleep shaping, not sleep training. You get access to my newborn guide and unlimited support for two weeks.
As a mom of two, I completely understand the struggle. I once believed that sleeping through the night would happen naturally—but it didn’t.
Sleep is a learned skill, and it is normal for babies and kids to require help.
Working with me is simple and tailored to your unique situation.

Building Sleep
From 16 weeks - 6 years. You can choose from one week or two weeks of unlimited support, a unique sleep plan, and strategies that respect your beliefs.
Troubleshooting calls
Families with a solid sleep foundation need minor scheduling adjustments or want to maintain healthy sleep habits during upcoming changes. You can choose 30 or 60-minute calls.
