Introducing Rebecca Levine, LCSW: Because Your Mental Health Matters Too

You're doing the work to help your baby sleep. But what about you? Here's something I've seen over and over again working with exhausted mothers: better baby sleep doesn't always quiet everything you're carrying inside.

That's why I'm so excited to introduce someone I'm now partnering with to better support the mothers I work with.

As a new mother, you're carrying so much: physically, emotionally, and mentally. While improving your baby's sleep can make an enormous difference, it doesn't always quiet the anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional challenges that often accompany the postpartum journey.

Rebecca Levine, LCSW, is a therapist specializing in perinatal and women's mental health. She is dedicated to supporting mothers through the many transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood with warmth, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of what this season can feel like.

Sleep deprivation is one of the most relentless challenges of early motherhood, and the stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion that come with it can take a significant toll on your wellbeing. Even after sleep starts improving, many mothers find themselves struggling with racing thoughts, constant worry, mood changes, feelings of guilt, or a sense that they've lost themselves somewhere along the way.

Rebecca provides a warm, supportive space where you can exhale, be honest about how you're really doing, feel understood without judgment, and reconnect with yourself. She draws on a range of evidence-based approaches to help you build practical tools to manage stress, steady your emotions, and find your footing, even in the most exhausting seasons.

Better sleep can change so much. And sometimes, so can having a place that's just for you. Rebecca is honored to partner with Sarah to offer a more comprehensive approach to postpartum wellbeing. Together, they help mothers care for both their baby's sleep and their own mental health because better sleep and emotional wellbeing go hand in hand, and every mother deserves both.

Add Therapy Support to Your Sleep Package

I partnered with Rebecca because I believe every mother I work with deserves support that goes beyond a sleep plan. That's why I'm now offering access to Rebecca's services as an add-on to my sleep packages. My work focuses on your baby's sleep. Rebecca's work focuses on you. Together, we can help you feel more rested, more grounded, and more like yourself.

When you add therapy support to your package, you get personalized emotional support running alongside your baby's sleep plan. A space dedicated entirely to you, so you can feel more supported, confident, and connected throughout your motherhood journey.

Rebecca offers a free 15-minute consultation call so you can get a feel for her before committing to anything. Sessions are $150. If you're working with me and want to add this layer of support, reach out to Rebecca directly and let her know you're one of my clients.
